Happy First Day of Spring! 🌷

As temperatures rise, it’s common to notice your legs feeling heavier, more swollen, or achy by the end of the day. Warmer weather causes veins to expand, which can slow circulation and lead to fluid buildup.

Sometimes it’s simple heat-related edema. But persistent swelling, discomfort, or visible vein changes may signal something more serious, like chronic venous insufficiency.

If your legs are talking, don’t ignore them. Schedule your evaluation today.

Our Story

CVT Vein Therapy Center provides services for all your vein problems. With the advent of new, less invasive treatment options, and the demand from patients who want relief for therapeutic or purely cosmetic reasons, venous disease can now be treated more easily and effectively than ever before.

Endovenous radiofrequency ablation, also known as Venefit and endovenous glue treatment, also known as VenaSeal, are used to treat venous insufficiency which can cause leg pain, swelling and varicose veins. These minimally invasive, in-office procedures are covered by most insurances and require little down time. Microphlebectomy, which involves removing the visible varicose veins, can be done in conjunction with Venefit or VenaSeal to offer the best cosmetic results. We also offer sclerotherapy as a treatment option for unsightly spider veins or smaller varicose veins.

Please call our office today to schedule your complimentary consultation to discuss which treatment option best fits your needs. In Baton Rouge call 225-766-0416, or toll free 800-375-0416.
