For our March , we would like to recognize Lay! She has been with Barclay House for 3 months and has become a vital part of our community!

Lay is one of our Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) here at Barclay House. She is an extremely hard worker and always goes above and beyond for our residents. Lay is always willing to go out of her way to help. She has a natural ability to build meaningful relationships with everyone she cares for, making a positive impact on both residents and team members alike.

Her favorite part about working at Barclay House is caregiving and building relationships with the residents—they truly make her days better.

Fun Fact: Outside of work, Lay enjoys shopping, cooking, and spending quality time with her niece and nephews.
