We are so excited to introduce the newest member of our Triform team — Tara!

Tara is a Physical Therapist Assistant and Certified ASTYM Provider who graduated from Our Lady of the Lake in 2015. Tara has spent the past 10 years working in an outpatient setting and is excited to join the Triform team and pursue her passion of working in pediatrics. She is a compassionate provider who is dedicated to listening to her patients’ needs and thoughtfully incorporating their goals into treatment programs. Tara is excited to help our patients reach important milestones and develop in ways that allow them to thrive. She has training in kinesiotaping, manual therapy, and pelvic floor therapy. Tara lives in Central, Louisiana, with her husband, and three beautiful boys.

Five years apart. Same two people. Wildly different vibes.

The first photo… Survival mode. Everything is hard and we were complete strangers. Big feelings and lots of tears… something hard for any momma to watch but I always say “Please just trust me…”

The second photo… us today. Confidence. Smiles. Comfort. Joy. But most importantly friends. Proof that growth actually does happen even when it feels painfully slow in the moment or really hard in that season.

The side-by-side reminds me how far you have come… and how far Triform has come because you were one of our OGs. Every hard day led to where we are today. Every tear turned into strength.

Still growing. Still learning. But wow… what a difference five years can make 💚

Yesterday was one of those moments of complete joy as we watched our sweet Charlie bug receive her custom bike thanks to the incredible generosity of Baton Rouge’s bottling company and the .

People may not understand this but for these kids, this isn’t just a bike. It’s freedom to move. It’s the chance to explore the world in a way that meets her exactly where she is… like you and I experience everyday.

When these kids are given the right tools and someone who believes in them, it’s crazy what can happen. We learned this prior to getting her bike as we watched her pedal independently.

We are so grateful for organizations that see ability and step in to make moments like this happen. Charlie you are a gift to all of us at Triform- we love you so much!
