This marked our second successful session of recovery education—an 8-week program designed to equip people with real tools, real understanding, and real hope for life beyond addiction.

This session celebrated 12 graduates, each one showing up week after week, doing the work, and committing to growth. That’s not easy—and it deserves to be recognized.

The class was led by Noah Menard whose leadership, consistency, and care played a huge role in making this program impactful and meaningful for everyone involved.

Programs like this are a reminder that recovery isn’t just about stopping something—it’s about learning, rebuilding, and moving forward with purpose. We’re grateful for the people who make that possible and excited to continue building spaces where lasting recovery can take root.

Here’s to continued growth, continued education, and many more lives changed.

Twelve inmates from St. Landry Parish jail have graduated from an inmate addiction recovery program. Sheriff Guidroz announced the completion of the second session of the program this month.
