A Night to Shine, A Moment to Pour into You. ✨
What an incredible honor to be part of "Night to Shine" again this year! While the guests were inside dancing the night away at their prom, I had the privilege of creating a sanctuary for the parents and caregivers in the respite room.
I’ve always said that Self-Care is Key, but it’s especially vital for those who spend their lives caring for others. Providing a moment of stillness, a release of tension, and a breath of fresh air for these amazing families is truly Where Self-Care Begins.
From the first setup to the last chair massage, the mission was clear: You cannot pour from an empty cup. 🌿
