Being a product ju**ie isn’t about loving hair care — it’s about constantly buying new products hoping this one will finally fix the issue.

But here’s the truth:
💛 Products don’t create healthy hair…
💛 HABITS do.
💛 ROUTINE does.
💛 CONSISTENCY does.

Healthy hair starts with knowing what’s happening beneath the surface — literally! 👀✨
Your hair is always in a cycle of growth, rest, and renewal. Here’s a simple breakdown:

🌱 1️⃣ Anagen — The Growth Phase
This is where the magic happens! Hair actively grows, and this stage can last years. Proper care = longer, stronger results.

🍂 2️⃣ Catagen — The Transition Phase
Growth slows down as the follicle begins to shrink. It’s short, but important!

😴 3️⃣ Telogen — The Resting Phase
Your hair takes a break here. No new growth yet — just chillin’.

Dont forget to trim & treat your hair before protective styling as well. Adding on a deep conditioning or hydration treatment will be beneficial in aiding and moisture while in protective styles.
