Join us on Sunday, July 27 at 3pm for a support group designed specifically for those navigating infertility. Whether you’re in the middle of treatment, in a season of waiting, or just trying to catch your breath, this space is for you.

Led by two perinatal mental health specialists and IVF moms (hi, one of them is me👋), this group is a chance to connect, process, vent, and feel seen without the pressure to be “positive” or “hopeful”.

Somewhere along the way, you stopped recognizing yourself.

Was it the second miscarriage?
The failed transfer?
The third IUI?

Maybe it was when you looked in the mirror and saw your body was a bruised pincushion or the day you had to wipe out your savings account to pay for fertility treatments.

Maybe there wasn’t a specific moment. Maybe it was a gradual change so subtle you couldn’t have noticed if you tried.

Of course you miss the old you. I’m sure she was awesome. But there’s no way in hell you’re gonna go through this and come out unchanged and that, my friend, is what identity grief feels like.

I’m a therapist for the ones walking through infertility, miscarriage, and the ugly in-between.
