Total Care wants to acknowledge our Senior Case Manager, Charlene Ourso for 14 years of dedication. Don’t let the title fool you, Charlene has helped with almost every facet of the business. Anyone reading this that has encountered her, understands her hard work and great disposition. She is truly an asset to our family.
One can’t really quantify appreciation the way it needs to be felt. A truly selfless member of our society, time and time again she can be found doing for others, instead of for herself. This is no suprise to her family and friends.
