At Aalis Medical Staffing & Concierge Services, we provide private-pay, in-home nursing support designed to help patients and families feel safe, informed, and supported at home.

Our tiered care packages are built to fill care gaps, whether you need help understanding a care plan, ongoing nursing oversight, or enhanced support with nurse access.

✨ Our In-Home Care Options Include:
✔ Care plan understanding & education
✔ Ongoing nursing oversight & care coordination
✔ Enhanced support with nurse access
✔ Flexible à la carte services such as caregiver or aide support

🩺 Good to know:
Most Aalis services do not require a physician’s order. Orders are needed only if skilled nursing tasks (like wound care or edema management) are performed.

We don’t replace Medicare or insurance-provided home health, we complement it, helping families stay confident and supported between visits.
