For our December , we would like to recognize Erika! She has been with Barclay House for 23 years and has become a vital part of our community!

Erika is an extremely hard worker and always goes above and beyond for our residents. She was chosen for our spotlight because of her work ethic and her many years of service. The residents love her, and she is considered family by both the residents and the staff. She is always available to help when needed and is a joy to be around.

Her favorite part about working at Barclay House is making the residents happy!

Fun Fact: She loves football and travels to watch football games.

She joined QSL Management senior living right after college without knowing where her path would lead. 🌿 What she found was a role that lets her support communities, cheer on activities teams, and watch creativity come to life for residents. Seeing joy on the faces of seniors has become the best part of her work and a reminder that she landed exactly where she was meant to be.
