About the Red Stick International Festival:
"WHERE CREATIVITY MEETS TECHNOLOGY
We want to inspire the next generation to look at Science, Technology & Art in new ways and come up with innovative ways to solve problems. Engineering is not only for building bridges, but it can be used to design new music, new approaches in digital media and new tech that you wear with flair. Art is not only for drawing pretty pictures, but rather Artists are discoverers as well as creators. They can use technology to create art and investigate new science – giving us a new perspective on our world."

Take a moment to enjoy a cup of beauty, wonder, and authentic expression found in the work of EP artist member, Alexis Moon.

Her vision statement:
"This life, in waking & dreaming state, has nourished my energy to create. I believe my process is inspired and electrifies through the spirit of my experiences, collected memories, thoughts, dreams, and relationships. My current works are rooted in the depths of the psyche, focusing on emotive self portraits and fantasy worlds of retreat. In my process, I approach each piece with an intuitive embrace, and allow the color and sequence of creation to evolve as manically or slowly as the moment demands."

For the entire month of February, her work will be featured at La Divina Italian Cafe on Perkins Road.
