Congratulations to Attorney Russell Beall for his invitation to speak at LSU Law seminar today.
From Russell:
VERY HUMBLED to be at a place in my career where my experience, knowledge, and success has risen to point where I am invited to provide insight and opinions on topics that impact the hardworking people of Louisiana.
Today, I shared the stage with some stellar individuals to discuss recent tort reform laws in Louisiana and provide insight as to how these new laws have gone too far, have denied citizens certain legal protections, and to provide ideas on how we can balance our state's continued fluctuating insurance premium issues.
At times we disagreed and times there was common ground - - but my position never waivered in that the people of Louisiana deserve to be protected when they are victims of someone else's bad decisions, and that there are avenues to reduce insurance premiums in the long run that may not be immediately popular.
I thank the LSU LAW JOURNAL FOR SOICAL JUSTICE & POLICY for this invitation. Professor John Church for facilitating this productive dialogue, and all my fellow panelists for their insight.

IT TOOK A COUPLE DAYS… but The FurEver Home Foundation by Beall & Thies, LLC made its final donation this year. We were super thrilled to provide the Denham Springs Animal Shelter with a check for FIVE THOUSAND ($5,000.00) DOLLARS.

This brings our 2024 total to TWENTY FIVE ($25,000.00) DOLLARS in support of local no-kill shelters, rescues, and adoption agencies.

As always, I give all thanks to our staff, attorneys and the incredible generosity of our clients in helping us fill this important community need.

WE ARE HAVING SO MUCH FUN !!

TODAY, the FurEver Home Foundation by Beall & Thies, LLC made two (2) donations to local animal rescue and re-home organizations. While Cheri was in Ascension with Cara's House, Russell was home in Livingston with the great folks at Rescue Rehome Repeat of South Louisiana. We were so happy to make another FIVE THOUSAND ($5,000.00) DOLLAR donation.

Most impressive was these folks have worked tirelessly to ensure all their animals were fostered over the holiday. But remember, a "foster" home is not a "FurEver Home". Please consider adoption when looking for your next family member. I saw pictures of their sweet animals and wanted to immediately buy 10 acres and just let them run.

The FurEver Home Foundation would not exist if it were not for the generous support of our attorneys, staff, and most of all - - generous clients.

We have one more donation to make this year - - so stay tuned.

WE DID IT AGAIN !!!

The FurEver Home Foundation by Beall & Thies, LLC is non-stop this year!!!

Today we made another FIVE THOUSAND ($5,000.00) DOLLAR to a local no-kill rescue shelter. The folks at CARA'S HOUSE are doing wonderful work in Ascension Parish. We are so happy to partner with them and help support their mission to rescue and rehome local animals. Our rockstar case manager, Cheri is an Ascension resident, so we had her deliver this one and we almost ended up with another office doggie.

EXPENSES PAID - The Denham Springs Animal Shelter is having an Adoption Day today at PETCO in Denham Springs. Adoption fee is $60.00. BUT- - if you adopt any of these good boys and girls TODAY - - THE FurEver Home Foundation (a non-profit 501c of Beall & Thies, LLC ,Attorneys at Law) will reimburse the adoption fee and provide $40 towards your first vet check up.

Come get one of these good boys and good girls. They have 4 sweethearts available today.
