Action Medicine Consultants has over 25 years of experience in providing point-of-service care for small and large-scale athletic events. We have proven success working with race directors on all aspects of large-scale athletic events: medical management, marketing and sponsor engagement, communications/logistics, and volunteer recruitment. Our medical management planning process is focused assisting race directors in successful short- and long-term medical planning implementing effective strategies to provide a well-coordinated medical services component for race directors. Our coordinated services model involves communication/logistics with local emergency medical services, hospitals, healthcare providers, medical volunteer recruitment, and medical equipment/supply procurement. We also assist in developing medical sponsorship opportunities to support and enhance the medical components of your event to become a revenue-producing part of your event. We have the knowledge and experience to ensure your event’s medical component meets and exceeds healthcare expectations for race events.
