We have proven success working with race directors on all aspects of large-scale athletic events: medical management, marketing and sponsor engagement, communications/logistics, and volunteer recruitment. ting race directors in successful short- and long-term medical planning implementing effective strategies to provide a well-coordinated medical services component for race directors. Our coordinated services model involves communication/logistics with local emergency medical services, hospitals, healthcare providers, medical volunteer recruitment, and medical equipment/supply procurement. We also assist in developing medical sponsorship opportunities to support and enhance the medical components of your event to become a revenue-producing part of your event.
