Flow, breathe, and reset 🌿

We’re excited to have leading our Puff & Flow movement session at !

Bryce yoga journey began in 2018 while competing in college track & field, where yoga was a required part of training. After dealing with multiple injuries throughout his athletic career, he stepped away from track and turned to yoga as a way to rebuild his body and restore balance. Seeing and feeling the transformation firsthand inspired him to become a yoga instructor so he could help others experience the same power and healing through their practice.

Join us as he guides attendees through a grounding session focused on movement, breath, and reconnecting with your body.
