1 Thess.5:17 Pray without ceasing.-Heavenly Father, thank You for the privilege of prayer-that Your Son made a way for me to meet with You at any time. Guide me as I pray and help me to make fellowship with You a priority in my life. Thank You that I can come before You and lay down the burdens of my heart. Help me to devote more time, passion, and purpose to seeking Your face. Thank You that You hear my prayers and respond to the cries of Your children. I pray in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Heavenly Father, in You alone do I find perfect fulfillment and abiding purpose. You alone are worthy of all my honor and praise, for You are the matchless God. "Righteousness and justice are the foundation of your throne; love and faithfulness go before you" (Psalm 89:14). May I seek Your face all my days and find my fullest delight in You, "my glory and strength" (v. 17). As I rejoice in my standing as Your child, I pray others would be drawn to You — that they would taste and see that You are good. I pray in the name of Jesus. Amen.

John 19:27 My sheep hear my voice, & I know them, & they follow Me.-How do we live in God's Presence? How do we detect His unseen hand on our shoulder & His voice in our ear? Here are a few ideas: 1. Give God your waking thoughts. Before you face the day, face the Father by stepping into His Presence in prayer & offering yourself to Him.

We need to remember to “Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the LORD your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you” (Deut 31:6). Remember that “Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever” (Heb 13:8) – in spite of the current virus or political upheaval… Christ remains!
