UnitedHealthcare will no longer be available to Louisiana Medicaid members starting April 1, 2026. Current members can choose a new health plan. If no action is taken, Louisiana Medicaid will automatically assign one.
🔵 Call 1-855-229-6848, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
🔵 Online: www.myplan.healthy.la.gov.
🔵 Through the Healthy Louisiana app, available on Google Play or the App Store.

You will stay with UnitedHealthcare until 11:59 p.m. on March 31. Your new health plan will begin on April 1. Our practice accepts all other Medicaid plans.

Big congratulations are in order! 💍

We are so excited to celebrate two of our own, Faith and Caleb on their engagement! 🤍

Faith has been part of the Louisiana Stat Care family since 2023 and continues to impress us while working hard toward her undergraduate degree at LSU, with plans to become a Physician. Caleb joined our team in 2024 and is currently attending Southern University nursing program, balancing school and our busy clinic.

We’re so happy and excited to watch two amazing employees grow, both personally and professionally. We are even happier to celebrate this special milestone with them!!!!! 🫶🏻
