We provide skilled rehabilitation services to patients affected by functional limitations due to a variety of causes. Our dedicated and skilled staff will work carefully with you to prepare a treatment program tailored to meet your specific needs and help you progressively meet your goals. HAS YOUR DEDUCTIBLE BEEN MET?

As we near the end of 2019, many of you might find yourselves in a situation where your insurance deductibles and out-of-pocket maximums have already been met for the year, meaning the insurance company will typically pay 100% of your medical costs. Others may have a flexible spending account and oftentimes those funds are lost at year end, if not spent. So how does this effect you when it comes to those aches and pains or upcoming surgery procedures that you’ve been meaning to take care of?

Sometimes aches and pains seem to come out of nowhere, and other times what seems like a simple injury results in lasting pain. Maybe you’ve been experiencing a pain in your wrist, elbow or shoulder when lifting something, or your back pain is flaring up more frequently than it used to. Do you feel pain in your shin every time you run? These are all issues that physical therapy can help with. In addition to common aches and pains, we also work with a variety of populations including children, seniors, and athletes. If your policy renews in January, 2020, now is the time to get in for physical therapy to get those issues resolved, especially if you insurance deductible has been met.

Some insurance companies have limits on the number of physical therapy visits you are allowed per calendar year, but oftentimes your treatment may just consist of a few visits. If your insurance deductible has already been met, your cost for therapy services may be significantly reduced, or better yet – covered 100%, depending on your individual plan. So now is the perfect time to give physical therapy a try!
Michigan is a Direct Access state, which means you can schedule an appointment for physical therapy with, or without a referral from your physician. We can also offer a consultation where you can talk about your pain or injury, one-on-one with a physical therapist, and see how physical therapy can help you. Our clinic is open 8am-6pm most days with options for earlier and later appointments if necessary, and we accept most insurance plans, including Medicare and Medicaid.
