Our salt lamps are flying off the shelves!

Salt lamp night lights get talked about like they’re magic little health machines… but the truth is a mix of cool geology & cozy lighting too!

And after this week… the sloth philosophy fits perfectly!

When it comes to kids’ bedrooms, the big difference between a salt lamp night light vs. typical lights mostly comes down to color of the light and brightness. Kids’ brains are actually more sensitive to light than adults, so the type of light matters more than people think!

Ever watch a child bump into the table… miss the chair when they sit… lean on everything… or seem like their body is just a little out of sync with the room around them?

That’s not clumsiness.
That’s usually a spatial awareness and body mapping issue.

Spatial awareness is the brain’s ability to understand:
• Where my body is in space
• How far away objects are
• How much force to use
• How to move without crashing into things

When that system isn’t fully organized, kids may:
• trip or fall often
• bump into walls or people
• struggle with sports or playground games
• sit in their chair sideways or constantly slide out
• have messy handwriting or trouble staying on the page
• seem “wiggly” or uncomfortable in their body

And here’s the important part…

This isn’t about trying harder or “paying attention.”

It’s about the nervous system learning how to map the body.

At NeuroPower Solutions, we work on the foundation skills that help the brain and body communicate clearly …reflex integration, balance, coordination, and sensory processing.

When the body understands where it is in space, everything changes.

Movement becomes smoother.
Confidence grows.
And kids start navigating their world with a lot less frustration.

When Conferences Didn’t Go the Way You Hoped…

You showed up.
You listened.
You nodded.
You tried not to cry.
