The Marian E. Burch Adult Day Care Center, a department of our facility, is looking for an inspiring Director to lead our incredible program and team!

✨ Why this role is special:
This 16,000 sq. ft. fully accessible center supports up to 75 adults each day, providing meaningful activities, therapies, personal care, skilled services, and transportation—all in a warm, community-focused environment. From supporting individuals with Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s to empowering stroke survivors and adults with disabilities, this role truly changes lives.

What you’ll do:
• Oversee the entire Adult Day Care Program
• Lead staff, operations, and services with compassion and vision
• Manage budgeting, grants, and community partnerships
• Make a lasting difference for clients and families every single day

What we’re looking for:
✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Health Administration, or related field
✔ 3+ years of experience in aging services
✔ Background in budgeting & grant writing
✔ Knowledge of senior services, MDOT, VA, and funding programs
