So a little more insight this morning!
What is fascia? Do you know?
Fascia is a thin casing of connective tissue that surrounds and holds every organ, blood vessel, bone, nerve fiber and muscle in place. The tissue does more than provide internal structure; fascia has nerves that make it almost as sensitive as skin. When stressed, it tightens up.
Well i use this really awesome tool called a fascia blaster. I've used this tool for about 4 years was very skeptical when i had a client bring it in and wanted me to do it. I used this tool and i was amazed about the blood flow, how it would release areas that i could never get with my hands it litterly is so tiny that it cradles into the body and its not painful sometimes it can be usually its not. Almost every client i use it on they absolutely love it even the clients who hate tools they say well i just thought that was your hand LOL. Nope it was my tool ;) ive had so many clients have such relief from this tool that its paid for itself millions of times over.
If someone doesn't like the tool i don't have to use it. Im always wanting clients to speak up and let me know if they don't like something so i can change and grow. My biggest thing is seeing others out of pain and living the best life they can. Im a very caring person. Before massage i was a cna i took care of a lot of elderly patients and worked in respite care for disabilitys. I have a huge heart for helping others.
So starting a business where i can help people is a blessing to me.
The tool looks more intimidating than it is ;)
Also if u look up fascia blasting and techniques i use a way different approach and i do not use this tool as abrasive as some do. So please be cautious when looking at videos or reading cause i "DO NOT LIKE TO BRUISE ANYONE" so i dont use very hard just hard enough to loosen up fascia to be able to massage the muscles and release them.
Hope everyone has an amazing day hugs!
