Howdy! I’m Esther :) I’ve been at FSFV for just over a year, and I’ve loved every moment! When I’m not working, I like to spend my time playing bass guitar (and regular guitar), painting, crocheting, and working out. Next year, I plan to start my (very long!) journey towards being an occupational therapist. I love the closeness that First Sight has nurtured with our clientele and am proud to be a part of a company that provides such a caring and excellent experience 🙂

Jamie is our Office Manager. She was born and raised in the PNW, who is a busy Mom raising her son. Jamie came from a 20 year retail management background where she has been involved with providing great customer service to others, and building relationships with her customers and her peers. Jamie has a warm, caring personality that you’re going to adore. In her down time, Jamie loves to spend time with her family. They love going on outings to local parks in this beautiful region.

We love our community and are happy to serve the wonderful people in the surrounding area (Ridgefield, La Center, Amboy, and Yacolt). The practice is owned by Dr. Jason Egbert; he and his family make Battle Ground their home. Dr. Rob Gilbert joined the practice in 2018 and you’re going to love his genuine, caring bedside manner that he brings to each of his eye examinations as well as his fun sense of humor. He fits right in to our office family!
