Our Farm to Table Candlelight Dinner exceeded expectations, highlighting a delectable vegetable spring soup prepared with the finest local ingredients sourced from the Greater Springfield Farmers Market. The the evening reflected the dedication of Sous Chef Rick, special guests, and department heads. Congratulations, team, on a job well done!

Week 4 of Earth Month brought us to all the fresh flowers, fruits, vegetables, and delicious homemade cookies at our Memory Care Farmers Market!!! Residents and staff enjoyed touching and smelling all the different fragrances!!

A Huge Shout Out to Mailbox Too on Republic Rd for partnering with us this month as a New Vendor!! Each month Cindy will be setting up a table selling new items each time with cards, stamps, and gift shop items. Our residents are loving the opportunity to shop at a locally owned business right from their own community!!!
