2 upcoming web events on self care!
Many Minnesotans are facing heightened stress and uncertainty. The ongoing federal government shutdown, layoffs, and food insecurity are creating real challenges for people and families, especially for those living with a mental illness. Stress, anxiety, and depression can intensify when basic needs feel uncertain, making it even more essential to take care of yourself—and to lean on community for support.
NAMI Minnesota is offering two free, one-hour online classes designed to help you build resilience, strengthen your mental health, and connect with others who understand what you’re experiencing. These sessions provide practical tools and strategies to help you navigate difficult times while fostering connection and support.
