🌞💦 Stay Safe & Hydrated in the Summer Heat! 💦🌞

Summer is here in full force, and that means it’s time to take extra care of ourselves and others. High temperatures can be dangerous if we’re not careful—so here are a few simple tips to beat the heat:

💧 Drink water often – don’t wait until you’re thirsty!
🧊 Avoid sugary, caffeinated, or alcoholic drinks – they can dehydrate you
🧢 Wear lightweight, breathable clothes and a hat
🌳 Find shade or stay indoors during peak heat (10am–4pm)
🚫 Never leave kids, elderly, or pets in cars – not even for a minute
⏸️ Take breaks if you’re working or exercising outdoors
📞 Check in on friends, neighbors, and loved ones—especially seniors

Whether you’re at the beach, in the yard, or just running errands—stay cool, stay safe, and stay hydrated!
