🎄 A little Christmas fun with the BEST crew 🎄

So much laughter, teamwork, and a whole lot of streamers today! Everyone jumped in, gave it their all, and made it such a fun moment to share together.
Big congratulations to Ariel Williams on the win! 🏆👏 But truly, this whole team showed up with great attitudes, big smiles, and hearts full of joy.

Last week we gathered at Mi Sombrero to celebrate something truly special—our team.
From the warm hospitality to the delicious food and welcoming atmosphere, Mi Sombrero helped make the night extra special, and we are so thankful for them.
This group shows up every day with compassion, dedication, and heart. The laughter around this table and the togetherness we shared are reminders of just how blessed we are to work alongside people who care so deeply about one another and the families we serve.

We are beyond thankful for the incredible partnership with Appling county primary school and their sweet students who helped decorate these beautiful Christmas ornaments for our hospice patients and residents.

The creativity, the colors, the handwritten messages, the joy poured into every single ornament — you can feel the love in each one. These aren’t just decorations… they are comfort, connection, and reminders that our patients are remembered and cherished.

I just know these will bring smiles, warmth, and happy tears to those who receive them. 💫
Thank you to the teachers, students, and staff for opening your hearts and showing what it truly means to be a strong, caring community. This is what coming together looks like — and it’s beautiful.

💙 Thursdays at The Pavilion are good for the soul. 💙

Today we spent fellowship time with our friends at Appling Healthcare – The Pavilion, and my heart is still smiling. We sang, we praised the Lord, and we shared a few friendly little friends that brought out the biggest smiles. 🦊🤍

Every Thursday, we gather to listen, to rejoice, and to simply be together. There is something so powerful about hearing their voices lifted in song—faithful, joyful, and full of praise. It’s a reminder of what truly matters.

These moments are pure joy. Grateful for the love, the laughter, the faith, and the beautiful spirits that fill this room each week. ✨🙏

Day 9 of the 12 Days of Hospice Education 🎄

Many people don’t realize this — hospice care is community-based.

Hospice doesn’t live inside one building.
We serve patients wherever they call home, including:
• Private homes
• Nursing homes
• Assisted living facilities
• Senior living communities

We also work closely with local doctors, hospitals, nursing staff, churches, and community partners to support patients and families right where they are.

Hospice care is not separate from the community —
it’s built within it.
