Activity: Parachute Balloon
Physical wellness is about more than just movement—it’s about connection, coordination, and community. Today, we grabbed the parachute and put our teamwork to the test!
Activities like this are a fantastic way to:
Boost Upper Body Strength: Lifting and snapping the parachute keeps those muscles engaged.
Improve Reflexes: Tracking the ball and reacting to its movement is great for hand-eye coordination.
Elevate the Mood: Socializing and laughing together is just as important for our health as the physical exercise itself.
