Join us for a peaceful and energizing start to your Tuesday mornings with a 90-minute Spring Forest Qigong class, led by Anne Slettom of The Body Workshop Baxter MN

This gentle, accessible class is designed for all fitness levels—from beginners to experienced participants. Movements can be done fully seated (wheelchairs welcome) or a combination of seated and standing.
Each session includes:
• 60 minutes of Qigong movement (Five Elements exercises) followed by 30 minutes of guided meditation.
No equipment or mats are needed—just wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. You are welcome to attend the full session or join for either portion.
💚 Free will offering
Sign up at our front desk between 7:00 am and 4:00 pm. Class size is limited.

One of my mentors, John F. Barnes, PT, often says "find the pain, look elsewhere for the cause." This is often true with low back pain. Don't be surprised if I ask if you'd mind me checking your psoas (on the front) if you tell me your low back hurts. Your modesty will be maintained with professional drapings. Also, I always respect my client's comfort levels - if you don't want me to touch your abdomen, I won't (even if I think it might help).
