RN or Social Worker to do Supervisory visits- This is extremely flexible, you can work around your schedule. We have it broken down into different regions such as in Brainerd/Baxter, West of Brainerd in Staples, Motley, Wadena, etc.. East of Brainerd in Crosby, Aitkin, McGreggor, Etc.. North of Brainerd such as Nisswa, Pine River, Backus and Walker and then South or Brainerd such as Little Falls and St. Cloud. You can choose 1 or more regions. The visits are done every 60 days and generally take about a half hour per client. This is not a skilled nursing visit, you just meet with the clients to be sure that they are happy with services and are being well taken care of. Lady in Aitkin- IHS 1-2 days per wk teach life skills dishes, hm, etc…
Lady in Backus- Needs any help 5 hours per day flexible
Lady in Backus- stage 4 lung cancer, full cares 24/7 care, 8 hour shifts Sunday evening through Friday evening, 40 hours per week, you pick your shifts!
Man in Backus- Up to 20 hrs wk HM and IHS Client works m,w,f
Lady in Baxter- 8.75 hrs a wk hm 1-2 days a wk flexible
Man in Baxter- 1x wk walking and Alz support. Prefers male
Man in Brainerd- Had stroke. 2 hours either in the am to help get ready for the day or in the pm to get ready for bed. Prefers 3-4 days per week.
Lady in Brainerd- 25-30 hours per week PCA and light housekeeping
Lady in Brainerd- M, T, W 8-10 hour shift Mornings preferred (8am-4 or 6 pm) May be able to switch shifts to other days if Mon, Tues, and Wednesday does not work for you.
Lady in Brainerd- 2x wk 2-3 hour per day ICLS
Lady in Brainerd- 4 hrs per week Housekeeping
Lady in Brainerd- 2-4 hrs a wk of in home supports. After school. Very clean. Get out in the Community.
Young Man in Brainerd- 19 YO- North by BIR 5-10 hrs a week Housekeeping, eating, meals etc..
Man in Brainerd- 4-8 hrs wk Flex (Laundry, Meal Prep, Shower, Lotion, Shopping)

Man in Brainerd- St. Mathias 8 hrs wk housekeeping
Man in Brainerd- Shower/Cleaning 10 hrs a wk Flexible

Lady in Brainerd- 3 days/wk 2 hrs/day HM @ Mississippi Terrace
2 Boys in Brainerd- Up to 50 hours per week after school and weekends
Boy in Brainerd- 17 hours a wk prefer male but female would be ok
Lady in Breezy Point- Has dementia 3-4 days per week 4 to 6 hours per shift meals, shower, cleaning, laundry, walks
Lady in Browerville- 5.25 hrs a wk 1-2 days (Not Tues) am’s 9ish
Lady in Isle- 20-30 hours week flexible PCA
Lady in Lakeshore- Monday-Friday 8 am-4pm PCA
Couple in Pequot- 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off Mon-Fri 10am-2 or 3 pm
Lady in Pillager- 1 day a wk 3 hrs flex Light HM Prefers female
Lady in Rice- Drive to hospital in St. Cloud 1x per week, stay during treatment and drive home
Lady in Walker- Weekend Respite care up to 20 hours per weekend, out in the community,
Lady in Walker- 2-3 days per week 6-8 hours per shift for shopping, appointments and cleaning
