Please note I am passing this information on to our clients families, but have no information on who will receive and who will not receive these payouts. If you are a conservator than you can reach out to Social Security to find out specifics. If RCEB is the payee, they will contact each client when they arrive. Our clients do not receive checks directly paid to them, nor will our agency receive checks on behalf of the client.
