PWR!Moves (Parkinson’s Wellness Recovery) is a Parkinson’s-specific program designed to improve everyday movement and function. Building on principles from LSVT BIG, it focuses on simple, functional movement patterns that can be applied to real-life activities.

In addition to those with Parkinson's, this program can also people with other movement disorders, and those at increased risk of falls.

Through personalized, high-effort exercises, PWR!Moves helps improve mobility, coordination, and even cognitive function, supporting patients in staying independent and doing what they love.

Congratulations to Jim on graduating from therapy, and welcome to the ! 🎓💙🎓

Jim came to us after a knee surgery and only completed a few visits before feeling back to 100%! He is eager to return to his high-level activities including mountain climbing, biking, base jumping, and skydiving.

(P.S. - Jim owns the Holeybody piercing studio in Saginaw, so go see him for your piercing needs 😉)
