With more than 15 years of experience in post-acute care, Page brings a powerful blend of clinical expertise, strategic leadership, and a deep passion for hospice care. Her journey began at the bedside, shaping her compassionate, patient-first approach, and has grown into a proven track record of building high-performing teams and meaningful community partnerships.

In her new role, Page will lead our business development strategy, strengthen referral and community relationships, and work closely with our clinical and operational leaders to ensure our growth continues to support exceptional patient and family experiences.
