Treehouse Yoga BSL Treehouse is a quaint, friendly studio offering integrative, mindful yoga. we welcome every Body. We welcome every BODY! All classes are drop in.

We are Kripalu trained teachers with a collective 45 years teaching experience in the Kripalu yoga tradition, Vipassana, Zen and hatha yoga tradition. Our classes offer each guest a sensitive, caring and dynamic approach to yoga on the mat. We offer in these classes ways to improve your health, reduce stress and find balance in body, mind and spirit. We offer classes every day including OneLove Beach Yoga at Henderson Point Beach at sunset 7pm on Thursday. You may contact Treehouse at 228-231-1159 for more info. We also offer yoga for specialized groups including corporations, weddings and girls getaways. Ballet is offered on Tuesday at 9am. Wellness, self care consultations also offered. Join Amanda for this restorative, stress-relieving practice. This class is purely meditative and does not require yoga or movement. Class begins with a guided meditation, allowing you to regulate your breath and nervous system, helping you to deeply relax.

Next, while lying on your yoga mat, you'll experience the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls. The meditation and sound bowls work in harmony to help clear, balance, and restore your energy. This is a perfect mid-week refresher, designed to help you release any worries or concerns and move through the rest of the week feeling grounded and centered.

This 90-minute ceremony weaves together:

Sacred Cacao – This is the pure form of chocolate to gently open the heart and connect you to your inner wisdom.

Sound Healing – with crystal bowls, chimes, and soothing frequencies to restore balance + calm.

Guided Journaling – to release what no longer serves you and set intentions for the new cycle ahead.
