Many people today live in a constant state of stress or nervous system overload.

My Crystal Reiki and Meridian Frequency sessions are designed to help the body shift from fight-or-flight into rest-and-restore.

During your session I combine:

• Crystal grids aligned to your energy field
• Frequency tuning forks to stimulate meridian pathways
• Gentle intuitive energy work
• Optional Crystalline Chakra Light therapy (chromotherapy) which supports cellular regeneration and energetic balance

When the nervous system relaxes, the body can begin to regulate itself again.

I simply create the coherent space where the body remembers how to heal.

It works through chromotherapy principles — using specific wavelengths of light to stimulate neurological and physiological responses.

Light affects:
• the pineal gland
• circadian rhythm
• hormone signaling
• autonomic nervous system balance

When the nervous system down-regulates from sympathetic (fight-or-flight) into parasympathetic (rest-and-repair), the body can restore equilibrium.

That’s not energy manipulation.
