I’ve struggled with my weight my entire life.

At my heaviest, I was 270 lbs & this wasn’t from being inactive. I was training BJJ, kickboxing, running trails, and lifting weights consistently. I was working hard… but still spinning my wheels.

I tried every fad diet you can think of.
A new plan almost every month.
Short-term wins, long-term frustration.

Everything changed the day I committed to a 48-hour fast, nothing but water and black coffee.

That experience rewired how I understood discipline.

Not motivation.
Not the “perfect” program.
But discipline. The ability to do what needs to be done when it’s uncomfortable.

That lesson carried into every part of my life.

At my strictest, I dropped to 183 lbs to fight in an MMA bout in 2021. More importantly, I learned how to control my body instead of letting it control me.

That’s why I’m launching Flatline Performance.

This isn’t about quick fixes or extreme plans.
It’s about building systems, discipline, and sustainability whether you’re a fighter, someone trying to lose weight, or someone who just wants to feel strong again.
