Expectant couples can learn helpful yoga postures and breathing techniques to use as they prepare for labor and throughout the birthing experience. Improve communication and enhance connection to help prepare for the birthing and postpartum journey ahead.

No experience with yoga is required. Yoga mats and props will be provided. Bring your own mat if you'd like.

Taught by Heather Burkart CAP, E-RYT, lead teacher for the Milwaukee Prenatal Yoga Community and founder of Her Well Being Ayurveda & Yoga.

This workshop is open to postpartum parents and yoga teachers who want to hone their yoga skills to aid in a healthy postpartum recovery.
