Begin the new year with intention, clarity, and a deep sense of energetic freedom. This immersive workshop weaves together somatic breathwork, supportive restorative postures, and a powerful cord-cutting ceremony to help you release what no longer serves you and step forward with grounded purpose.
You’ll be guided through gentle somatic breathwork designed to awaken the body’s natural pathways of release, softening tension and opening space within. From there, you’ll settle into a deeply nurturing restorative pose, supported by blankets and bolsters, allowing the nervous system to unwind and the breath to anchor you fully into the present moment.
With your energy softened and your heart open, we will move into a cord-cutting ceremony—an intentional ritual to dissolve outdated attachments, stagnant emotions, or lingering patterns from the past year. Through visualization, breath, and guided practice, you’ll create spaciousness for new beginnings, clearer boundaries, and aligned possibilities.
As we close, you’ll step into 2026 feeling lighter, more empowered, and deeply connected to your own inner wisdom—a year ready to be met with clarity and renewed intention.
