As the Year of the Snake comes to a close, you are invited into a sacred ceremony of release, renewal, and energetic transformation. Just as the snake sheds its skin to grow, this Cord Cutting Ceremony is a space to gently let go of the attachments, stories, and energetic ties that no longer align with who you are becoming.
Together, we will move through guided meditation, grounding breathwork practices, and a soothing sound bath designed to help you reclaim your energy and step forward with clarity. This is not about cutting people out of your life — it is about releasing the energetic weight that keeps you tethered to the past, honoring the wisdom gained, and making space for what is ready to emerge.
Expect a nurturing, intentional atmosphere supported by meditation, breath, and collective intention. Come as you are, carrying whatever this year has brought you, and leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more rooted in your own power.

Begin the new year with intention, clarity, and a deep sense of energetic freedom. This immersive workshop weaves together somatic breathwork, supportive restorative postures, and a powerful cord-cutting ceremony to help you release what no longer serves you and step forward with grounded purpose.

You’ll be guided through gentle somatic breathwork designed to awaken the body’s natural pathways of release, softening tension and opening space within. From there, you’ll settle into a deeply nurturing restorative pose, supported by blankets and bolsters, allowing the nervous system to unwind and the breath to anchor you fully into the present moment.

With your energy softened and your heart open, we will move into a cord-cutting ceremony—an intentional ritual to dissolve outdated attachments, stagnant emotions, or lingering patterns from the past year. Through visualization, breath, and guided practice, you’ll create spaciousness for new beginnings, clearer boundaries, and aligned possibilities.

As we close, you’ll step into 2026 feeling lighter, more empowered, and deeply connected to your own inner wisdom—a year ready to be met with clarity and renewed intention.

Weekend 3 - Fire, Red, Goddess Kali is all about the breath! We bring deep focus of our awareness on it and find stillness during a challenge.. a cold plunge!
The way these women grow through this cycle is so amazing to watch!

Absolutely OVERFLOWING with GRATITUDE!!
Our program incorporates one field trip every cycle and this cycle we combined the graduates of cycle 1 and the current lights of cycle 2! Taking a field trip to to attend wonderful Tuesday night yin! Magically we got everyone together and it was a wonderful evening!
It's our honor to begin to grow this Sacred Softness community and we cannot wait to see it grow 🤍✨

We dive right into different meditation techniques and incorporate mudras throughout to enhance the practice, all while finding the silence within.
It's a weekend full of power and energy!
