Weekend 3 - Fire, Red, Goddess Kali is all about the breath! We bring deep focus of our awareness on it and find stillness during a challenge.. a cold plunge!
The way these women grow through this cycle is so amazing to watch!

Absolutely OVERFLOWING with GRATITUDE!!
Our program incorporates one field trip every cycle and this cycle we combined the graduates of cycle 1 and the current lights of cycle 2! Taking a field trip to to attend wonderful Tuesday night yin! Magically we got everyone together and it was a wonderful evening!
It's our honor to begin to grow this Sacred Softness community and we cannot wait to see it grow 🤍✨

A weekend of meditation, mudras, reiki + silence.. a hard one to capture photos for.
We dive right into different meditation techniques and incorporate mudras throughout to enhance the practice, all while finding the silence within.
It's a weekend full of power and energy!

Gift of Grief was created with the heartfelt intention to help others, to provide support and love during a difficult and confusing time.
An open circle donation-based community gathering to share the process of grief, redefine its "rules" and understand our way forward with hope.
Today we announce our first distribution of funds collected from this group, with the community's support we were able to give a little back and help a community experiencing sudden loss. A post can't describe how honored we are to be able to provide just a little bit of assistance.
Let this remind you that no matter how small the effort, it can make a big difference in someone's world.

Opening weekend is very special to us, it opens the space for the trainees to feel safe and supported.. it lays the groundwork for everything they'll experience through the course of the training. It begins to open the door 🍂
