💛🖤 Calling All Hurricane Alumni – Be Part of History! 🖤💛

This is it - our final year in the school building that has stood since 1952. After this year, the doors will close, the walls will come down, and a brand-new chapter will begin. But before that happens, we want this last yearbook to honor every class that ever called these halls home.

So we’re throwing down a challenge:

👉 Every graduating class. Every alum. Every Hurricane.
Let’s fill these pages with your faces, your legacy. A sample full page class ad is shown in the comments featuring our Class of 1975.

🎯 Our goal? To feature every graduate in this final yearbook.

We’re encouraging each class to purchase a yearbook ad.

📸 Ad Sizes & Prices:
• Full Page – $250
• Half Page – $150
• ¼ Page – $100
• ⅛ Page – $75

🛒 How to Purchase:
• In Person: Stop by the PCHS front office or talk to a yearbook student or the adviser, Elizabeth Harwick (cash or check only)
• Online (Credit Card): Go to this Jostens link
https://www.jostens.com/apps/store/customer/1052359/Pamlico-County-High-School/
→ Click “Yearbook Ads”
→ Choose “Recognition Page”

After payment, Mrs. Harwick will send a proof for approval

🎯 Our goal? To feature every graduate in this final yearbook — not just with ads, but with photos and memories that last forever.

So when the dust settles and the building is gone, this yearbook will say what words on a wall never could:
We were here.

One last year. One last yearbook. A legacy that lasts forever. 💛

Hello Fellow Classmates,
Reaching out to see if you all would like to participate in the tentative PCHS Alumni Homecoming Event 2026.
Myself (Carmen Rush aka Nicole Willis) and Shawn Ollison participated in the interest meeting last night and we are reaching out to see if we have interest from the Class of ‘92. I would love to move forward with planning for the class of ‘92 and see as many of us present at PCHS Homecoming Weekend 2026.

Please comment and state if you’re interested as we will need to discuss what we would like to do individually as a class for the tailgate. Feel free to message me individually if you have questions, or post them here either way. Also please share information with others that may not be on this platform.

Tentative Date: October 2026 TBD
Friday Night Homecoming Game
Saturday-Alumni Tailgate – 10am to 5pm (proposed time)- every class will represent their own
class. Will have their own tent and provide activities and food for their own class. This will
be at the expense of the individual class.
Tentative Locations: Stonewall – Jr High School or Primary School behind PCHS.
Entry Fee to participate for each class- will be determined. Approximately $75 to $100. This will cover expenses of the event.
Additional proceeds will go to the school or a scholarship fund.

💛🖤 Calling All Hurricane Alumni – Be Part of History! 🖤💛

This is it - our final year in the school building that has stood since 1952. After this year, the doors will close, the walls will come down, and we will move into a brand-new chapter. But before that happens, we want to make sure this last yearbook truly honors every class that has ever called these halls home.

We’re challenging every graduating class to purchase a yearbook ad - a lasting tribute to your time here. Whether it’s a photo collage, a message from your class, or a simple “Once a Hurricane, Always a Hurricane,” your ad will help preserve the history, memories, and legacy of our school.

📖 Imagine opening this final yearbook and seeing page after page filled with alumni tributes - decades of Hurricanes standing together one last time in the book that closes out this building’s story.

We can do individual ads as well. Did a teacher make a difference in your life? Honor them . . . shout out to your teammates? Honor them.

This is your chance to be part of something unforgettable. Don’t let your class be left out of this historic keepsake!

👉 This is just the beginning. Today we’re kicking off the conversation, and in the coming weeks we’ll share more details about how to purchase your ad and be part of this historic keepsake.

Let’s fill these pages together. One last year. One last yearbook. A legacy that lasts forever.
