We are sad that Patti’s rotation with us is over but it’s not goodbye, it’s see you later. Our pharmacy and community have been blessed to have Patti, a UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy Doctoral candidate, for the past two months. She has been fully immersed in community, rural health based patient care and advocacy with everything from assisting patients with remote patient monitoring, transitions of care from facilities to home, adventures with the community paramedic program, to a meeting with the State Health Plan to advocate for enhanced pharmacy benefits for their beneficiaries.

Patti’s future is as bright as she is! We have found her passion for pharmacy refreshing and inspiring and we wish her much success in future endeavors!
