Un día como hoy mi mamá tuvo una hija que le puso por nombre Aracelys y gracias a ese importante acontecimiento celebro la existencia de una mujer extraordinaria.

Desde el momento en que mi madre me dio el nombre, comenzó a tejerse la historia de una emprendedora incansable, una guerrera de vida, una mujer valiente y esforzada.

He aprendido a reconocer mi valor y gracias a eso me puedo definir como una madre abnegada y bendecida, amiga incondicional; una hermana fiel y protectora.

Mi fe en Dios ha sido un faro que ha iluminado mi camino, guiándome hacia la transformación, como una mariposa que emerge con belleza y gracia.

A lo largo de este viaje, he enfrentado y superado desafíos con una determinación admirable. Con la ayuda de Dios, he comprendido mis defectos y trabajo incansablemente para ser cada día mejor.

En este momento de mi vida, me veo radiante, feliz, plena y en paz, cumpliendo mi propósito y mi misión de vida, transformando las vidas de mujeres para que aprendan a conectar emocionalmente, se sientan valoradas, disfruten de conectar con ellas mismas en presencia y de valorar profunda y completamente lo que sienten, inspirando a que vivan plenas y felices sonriéndole a la vida.

Deseo con todo mi corazón que este nuevo año de vida me traiga aún más éxitos, amor y momentos llenos de dicha.

Your dental health can directly affect your self esteem and your confidence. When you smile, your brain releases dopamine, endorphins and serotonin. This natural, feel-good chemical cocktail that your brain serves up helps you feel happier and more relaxed, and it can even lower your heart rate and blood pressure

When you smile you are reflecting a state of calm, well-being and you show yourself to be friendly.

Now, imagine yourself in a world where no one smiles… it's not so nice
right? Your mental health is related to your physical health and if one of them is
off, the other one will be as well.

I will never stop mentioning the benefits of smiling. I have already talked to you about it and the thrusts is when a smile flashes across your face; dopamine, endorphins and serotonin are all released into your bloodstream, making not only your body relax but also work to lower your heart rate and blood pressure. We can’t always control what happens to us, but…
Smiling and laughing more often can really transform the experience, and brighten your perspective on life.

Your body is your temple. I am sure you have heard this before and it is true, taking care of yourself is very important. However, me-time is usually last on the agenda for most people, largely due to technology and job stress. Eating a balanced diet, moving your body and yes, going regularly to the dentist are ways to take care of you.
Lets get me-time by having some teeth-time.

We wrongly think that going to the dentist is painful and very uncomfortable.
However, not going is what makes it painful. If you don’t take care of your oral health and avoid visiting your dentist regularly your gums can get swollen, and you can develop cavities or another oral disease. This is what will increase your sensitivity and produce pain.
So prevention will always be the key.

My daughters bring happiness and joy into my life. They have taught me that unconditional love does exist and that faith goes beyond everything. Being a mother showed to me that all women are extremely powerful and that our strength can help us reach the sky. Maybe we are not perfect but we are fearless and we shine with our strength. So let’s spread a message of love to all the mothers out there and write to me on the comments the things you are grateful for.
