Fairview Treatment Center is a licensed addiction treatment center serving clients suffering with alcohol and/or drug addiction. A large percent of the population served has co-occurring behavioral health disorders as well as chronic health problems. We are seeking a full time licensed or certified counselor in addiction. This position could also be filled by a provisionally or fully licensed professional counselor or licensed clinical social worker. This is a professional full time position. Fairview Treatment Center has an immediate need for a part time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for Day Shift. This individual would work in a supporting role during the weekdays . This is a great opportunity for someone who is seeking part time work. This nurse will be trained in proper admission assessments, detox assessments, EHR documentation, QA and Utilization Management assistance.
