The Christian Counseling Center of Bayou Vista is a non-profit counseling agency striving to make lives better for the people of our community by giving them the tools they need to deal with life’s issues more effectively. We offer individual and family mental health counseling for children, adolescents, and adults; Group mental health counseling; Treatment programs for substance abuse, anger management, and domestic violence; Assessments for substance abuse, in-patient treatment, half-way house, and incarceration; and affordable monthly seminars for parents with topics including Raising Responsible Children, Avoiding Power Struggles While Setting Limits, Raising Children with ADHD, and Staying Calm in Stressful Parenting Situations. FEES AND INSURANCE: Fees are based on a sliding scale. We accept most insurance plans including Blue Cross, United Health, Aetna, Multi-Plan, and Medicaid.
