74 years young, and you'd never know it. What did we do here? I'll tell you what bothered her but how I fixed. Her marionette lines bothered her. I addressed temples, midface, marionette lines. What did I use?

🚨 OVERFILLED LIPS 🚨
This sweet, sweet girl has come to me for multiple dissolving sessions over an extended period of time. This is a very vulnerable post for her. The ridge of her filler actually extended to the base of her nose and across, all around her mouth. It was an extremely sad situation. At this last dissolve session, we used 5 vials of hylanex very carefully and strategically placed. We feel we are at a point where we can slow down and just relax for a while, though we know she could use a little more. What matters is that this is the first time I have actually seen her smile. Anyone want to guess how many vials we have used to get this far? She is precious, and you can actually see how her petite features align now.
