🌸 Happy International Women’s Day! 🌸
Today we celebrate the strength, resilience, and heart of women everywhere — the leaders, the caregivers, the pioneers, the friends, the warriors, the everyday heroes.
Women carry so much — yet they still make space to lift up others. The strength of a community begins with the strength of its women:
💪 The ones who show up for their own healing
💞 The ones who encourage their friends
🧠 The ones who talk openly about mental health
👭 The ones who remind us that we don’t walk this life alone
True strength isn’t perfection — it’s vulnerability, courage, connection, and compassion. And women lead with all of these.
To the women supporting other women, breaking barriers, listening without judgment, and nurturing mental wellness — we see you, we honor you, and we thank you.
💬 Tag a woman who inspires you — a friend, mentor, sister, mom, teacher, coworker — and let her know she matters.
Here’s to women’s strength, women’s friendships, and women’s well-being — today and every day. 🌟

🧡 March is Self-Injury Awareness Month 🧡
Self-harm is not a su***de attempt.
It’s often a coping strategy for emotional pain that feels unbearable.
For some, physical pain feels easier to control than invisible distress.
Self-injury can include cutting, burning, or hitting oneself — and it affects nearly 15% of teens and 4% of adults.
The most powerful thing we can do?
Replace judgment with curiosity.
Replace silence with conversation.
Replace stigma with compassion.
Awareness doesn’t excuse the behavior — it opens the door to healing.

💚 March 2 is World Teen Mental Wellness Day 💚
Today’s teens are navigating academic pressure, social media comparison, friendships, identity development, and constant connectivity. That’s a lot.
Mental wellness for teens isn’t just about preventing crisis — it’s about building resilience, confidence, coping skills, and healthy communication.
Parents, teachers, and mentors:
✔ Ask open-ended questions
✔ Normalize conversations about stress
✔ Model healthy boundaries
✔ Take concerns seriously
Teens deserve safe spaces to talk, learn, and grow.
If your teen needs additional support, CAN Behavioral Health is here.

🧡 March 1 is Self-Injury Awareness Day — observed around the world. 🧡
Today, individuals, families, advocates, and mental health organizations across the globe come together to bring light to a topic that is often hidden in silence.
Self-injury — or non-suicidal self-harm — is a coping response to deep emotional pain. It is not attention-seeking. It is not manipulation. And it is not something to shame.
Across countries and cultures, many who struggle with self-harm are trying to manage feelings they don’t yet have the tools or support to express.
This global day of awareness reminds us that compassion speaks every language.
You can show support by:
• Listening without judgment
• Taking emotional distress seriously
• Challenging stigma when you hear it
• Sharing trusted mental health resources
Wearing orange today is a symbol of solidarity — a reminder that no matter where someone lives, they are not alone in their struggle.
When we choose empathy, we create safety.
When we open conversations, we build hope.

🧠✨ Happy No Brainer Day! ✨🧠
Today is about celebrating the simple things — the easy wins that lighten your mental load.
Mental health doesn’t always require big changes. Sometimes it’s the small, no-brainer moments that make a difference:
✔ Step outside for fresh air
✔ Stretch for a minute
✔ Laugh at something silly
✔ Say one kind thing to yourself
Simple doesn’t mean insignificant.

Feb 23 – March 1 | Every BODY Belongs 💜
There isn’t just one “type” of eating disorder — and they don’t all look the same.
Common eating disorders include:
• Anorexia nervosa
• Bulimia nervosa
• Binge-eating disorder
• Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (ARFID)
These are real mental health conditions — not phases, not attention-seeking, and not about “just eating more” or “having more self-control.”
This year’s message for National Eating Disorders Awareness Week is Every BODY Belongs. That means every person deserves respect, support, and care — no matter their size, shape, or struggle.
If you’ve been silently dealing with food stress, body image pressure, or unhealthy patterns, you are not alone — and help is available.

💜 It’s National Eating Disorder Awareness Week 💜
This National Eating Disorders Awareness Week, we stand with the message that Every BODY Belongs. Eating disorders affect people of all sizes, genders, ages, and backgrounds — yet too many feel unseen, misunderstood, or unheard.
Eating disorders are serious mental health conditions — not lifestyle choices — and they often intersect with anxiety, depression, trauma, and emotional stress. Healing begins with compassion, not judgment.
This week, let’s:
• Break stigma by talking openly about eating disorders
• Celebrate every body’s worth and dignity
• Remind ourselves that support and recovery are possible
🤝 Comment below with one way you show self-compassion or support for others — let’s build a space where every person feels valued and seen.

🧡 February is Teen Dating Violence Awareness & Prevention Month 🧡
You deserve a relationship that feels safe — not stressful.
Dating violence isn’t just physical. It can look like:
• Jealousy that feels controlling
• Constant texting to check where you are
• Being told who you can or can’t hang out with
• Threats, insults, or pressure
That’s not love. That’s not healthy.
Real relationships are built on respect, trust, and the freedom to be yourself.
💬 Drop one word in the comments that describes a healthy relationship (respect, honesty, trust, safety). Let’s build a list together.
If something feels off, trust your gut. Talk to a trusted adult, counselor, or reach out for help. You are not alone.

February is International Boost Self-Esteem Month — a reminder that confidence isn’t about perfection, it’s about recognizing your worth.
As adults, we carry a lot. Responsibilities. Expectations. Pressure to “have it all together.” But self-esteem grows when we practice self-respect, set healthy boundaries, and speak to ourselves with the same kindness we offer others.
You are not your mistakes.
You are not your hardest season.
You are enough — right now.
✨ Comment with one affirmation you’re choosing to practice today. Let’s build a thread of encouragement together.

Today’s assignment: Be the reason someone smiles. 😊
It’s National Random Act of Kindness Day — and small gestures have big power.
Send the text.
Say the thank you.
Offer the encouragement.
Choose patience.
Kindness strengthens mental health, builds stronger communities, and reminds us we’re in this together.
What’s one act of kindness you’ll do today? 👇

💗 Love looks like connection. 💗
This Valentine’s Day, we’re celebrating the people who make life brighter — the friends who show up, the family who holds us steady, the ones who laugh with us, pray with us, and walk through hard seasons beside us.
Strong relationships don’t just feel good — they help us grow. They remind us we’re not alone. And that kind of connection is powerful.
📸 We’d love to see your people!
Drop a photo in the comments of you and your family or friends in your Valentine’s Day gear — red, pink, sparkles and all! ❤️
Let’s flood this space with love, joy, and community.
