Just a little Holiday HMO reminder 🎄

Tip: If you have an HMO plan, Tracy, Shelby or Ashley MUST be assigned as the P*P on your card before your appointment. If you wish to keep your current P*P, we do offer a competitive cash price!

Here are some basic terms for insurance information! We often see patients who don't understand their plans or the requirements of the plan but we recommend getting familiar because this is YOUR plan that YOU pay for.

We try to stay up to date with changing fee schedules and co-pays and collecting/verifying policies prior to patients being seen.
