✨️Appointment Policies:

Unfortunately we have had several "NO SHOWS" lately.
Last minute cancelation are considered a No Show.
We are not able to schedule anyone in your place last minute or with a no show. This is time and money out of our pockets.

Please be respectful of our time. We run a small business with very competitive prices! Let's keep this going for everyone!!

We completely understand that things come up! It happens to all of us! If we are ever running more than 10 minutes behind we also give you a discount on your service! We even hold ourselves accountable for your time! However we strive to NOT have this to happen.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 12 hours in advance (unless it is a true emergency) to avoid late cancellation or rebooking fee. This will start taking place today!

15-Minute Late policy please plan to arrive on time so we can give you the best experience possible. If you're more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and a late fee may apply. Arriving late can also reduce the time available for your service. A quick text or call to let us know you are on your way would be acceptable as well!

We appreciate your understanding and respect for our time and other clients' appointments! Our clients mean the world to us!! 💕
