Consider getting off social media or limiting your time on it these days. Their's a lot of drama on FB these days. It ramps up anxiety, depression, confused, worry, lack of control over events, stressed feelings. Consider going to social media images of nice things: the puppy / kitty / horse / cars / nature scenes/ clothing pages. Read a book, magazine, pray, meditate, clean the house/ car, shovel some snow, pick up sticks. Things that produce dopamine and seratone. Feel good hormones and anti stress hormones. 🙂
