Consider getting off social media or limiting your time on it these days. Their's a lot of drama on FB these days. It ramps up anxiety, depression, confused, worry, lack of control over events, stressed feelings. Consider going to social media images of nice things: the puppy / kitty / horse / cars / nature scenes/ clothing pages. Read a book, magazine, pray, meditate, clean the house/ car, shovel some snow, pick up sticks. Things that produce dopamine and seratone. Feel good hormones and anti stress hormones. 🙂

Roller table with heat, good for loosening up sore muscles from shoveling. That will be used today. I'm using it, earned it. Don't tell my boss I'm supposed to be working.
