I rent for various occasions: Vacations, Wedding Stays, Retreats of many kinds, and Artist's Workshops. I am a member of the Ocean County Chamber of Commerce, Long Beach Island Business Alliance, Jersey Shore Wedding Association, and the National Association of Professional Women. I can help you plan your stay with catering, activities, and can help find any special requests. I run retreats in the off season Sept.-May: French Cuisine Cooking Classes,Scrapbooking, Water Color Painting, Acrylic Painting, Surfing, Kayaking, Surf Fishing/Charter Boat Fishing, Spa/Massage, and Yoga/Pilates. I will partner with someone looking for a retreat house to expand their reach to their clients by offering a retreat. I look for new classes and workshops to offer yearly, so please ask if you have any suggestions, requests, or interest in working together. The house sleeps 16,5 bedrooms,2 baths,outdoor shower,2 living rooms,laundry room,gas fireplace,radiant heat,outdoor dining,4th floor rooftop deck-hot tub,large dining table,chaise lounges,outdoor living room,inspirational views of ocean,bay,and 30 mile panoramic views. I rent with a 2 night minimum in the months of Sept.-May at $750 per night weekdays or weekends. I rent Friday to Friday in the summertime May-Sept., this allows our tenants to get in before the changeover traffic on Saturday which is a nightmare. Friday night is also a good time to hit the food store to complete the food shopping before Saturday morning when you want to hit the beach.The departure on Friday morning before the rush, is nice to have allowing a day or 2 to unwind before going back to work. 10 block radius: Brighton Beach Surf Shop lessons/rentals, Acme Surf/Skate-kayak/bike rentals, Oceanside Bait/Tackle, Joey’s Pizza, Kubel’s Too (burgers,steaks,seafood), Pinky’s Shrimp Seafood, 2 ice cream shops,Acme market, & Garden State Surf and Art. We are a great spot for kids of all ages by bike/foot. 17 blocks away- guarded bay beach with playground, volleyball,, basketball, baseball field, sailing/windsurfing beach, and dog beach.
