All services are offered virtually with an in-person option. Most Insurances are accepted along with self-pay alternatives. Your Recovery Counseling offers a FREE 15-minute Virtual Consultation. Winter weather is making a comeback this week with gusty winds and bitterly cold temperatures in the forecast. Older adults and those who care for them may want to take extra steps to ensure they have what they need, such as:

✅ Non-powered options for equipment that will not work without electricity;
✅ A battery-operated radio, a flashlight, extra batteries, and extra blankets;
✅ Ask a reliable family member, friend or neighbor to check in on you to make sure you are okay.

Cuyahoga County is funding two seasonal shelter providers, the Metanoia Project and the Northeast Ohio Coalition for the Homeless, to ensure people experiencing homelessness have a safe, warm place to go this winter.

National Coalition for the Homeless
1530 East 19th Street, Cleveland
Open 7 p.m. to 7 a.m.

Both locations serve up to 40 guests nightly and provide meals, warm clothing, showers, laundry and hygiene supplies.
