I've been busy moving and setting up the studio as we have been delving into the big movements of this time. So many changes and intense shifts that are showing themselves in our world.

While I haven't been immune to all the turmoil of our collective experience, I've been quite focused on creating this space to be a place of reprieve from the chaos around us. It is possible! We are allowed to rest and reset. To release and fortify so we may continue walking in this wild world.

I'm here for it. I'm in it too and we can to this together.

If you haven't been in lately, I look forward to sharing all this beautiful newness with you...while holding true to the many offerings this medicine provides.

✨ Practice Update ✨
The work continues, just in a new place! Kate Rogovin, C.Ht has moved her hypnosis practice to in Kingston, NY, allowing her to practice closer to home and in deeper alignment with her life and rhythms. She is no longer offering sessions out of Valley Spirit, and we’re genuinely happy to support this next chapter for her work!

Kate’s practice is an invitation inward. Through hypnosis, she gently guides clients into the subconscious—the woven underworld beneath habits, anxiety, creative blocks, fertility journeys, and old patterns ready to be composted and transformed.

This intimate, curated experience is designed to help you soften, release, and replenish your inner reserves. Together we step out of urgency and into stillness—tending the well before winter truly sets in.
Inspired by the Water element in Chinese medicine, this intimate gathering honors the inward pull of winter—supporting the kidneys, nervous system, and inner wisdom.

Expect personalized integrative bodywork (acupuncture, cupping, craniosacral), a heart-centered plant medicine ceremony, optional infrared sauna time, and a nourishing seasonal meal. We’ll close the container with a post-event Zoom integration one week later.

Mark the Winter Solstice with a cozy, candlelit shamanic circle featuring a traditional Guayusa tea ceremony. Guayusa—an Amazonian sacred tea—supports clarity, presence, and deep listening as we gather in a protected ceremonial space.

Rooted in Andean and Amazonian traditions, this circle uses shamanic drumming and medicine songs to guide inner journeys, inviting connection with spirit allies, ancestral wisdom, and the tools already living within you. A seasonal pause. A moment to listen. A return to what you’re connected to.

Step into a deeper kind of care with Emily’s Comprehensive Wellness Sessions — a 2.5-hour reset designed to meet your body exactly where it is and guide it back toward balance.

Each session begins with a personalized qigong practice, tailored to help you drop into your body, open the breath, and ground your energy before treatment. From there, Emily weaves together acupuncture, Chinese orthopedic massage (Tuina), and craniosacral therapy into a seamless, intuitive flow that addresses both the roots and branches of your concerns.

You’ll finish with a deeply restorative infrared sauna, allowing warmth to settle everything into place — like sealing a letter of intent your body just wrote to itself.

Ideal for both new and returning patients, this session adapts to your unique history, goals, and the story your body is telling today.

Step into the final chapter of the Usui Reiki journey with Manu River Del Prete
December 5–7
10 AM–5 PM daily

The Master Teacher level is for practitioners who have completed Reiki Level 2 and feel the quiet pull toward the final initiation. Over three immersive days, you’ll receive the Master Symbol, learn how to attune others, and deepen your understanding of the human energy system. This training prepares you to hold the lineage with clarity — whether you intend to attune only loved ones or expand into teaching and offering group or clinical-level Reiki work.

Expect study, practice, and spaciousness. You’ll explore sound healing basics, sacred geometry, multidimensional healing concepts, psychic awareness, quantum perspectives, and how to facilitate circles and group sessions. By the final day, you’ll have the skills, confidence, and attunement to offer Reiki from a place of depth, devotion, and mastery.

Join us this Saturday for a Myofascial Release Class with Rebecca Sherman, PT

Sliding Scale: $35–$65

This class is an invitation to slow down, tune in, and learn how to soften the places that hold tension. Rebecca will guide you through techniques to sense your body more clearly and release restricted areas with supportive props — bolsters, blankets, and myofascial release balls (all provided).

Expect a steady unwinding. Many people experience more ease in upright posture, a smoother stride, improved digestion, and insight into the true roots of their pain.

Threads of Qi is a restorative evening weaving acupuncture, craniosacral therapy, and live sound.
During this intimate session, participants will receive gentle, individualized acupuncture and craniosacral adjustments from Emily Morrison of Valley Spirit Wellness Center, while sound practitioner Vinny Colandrea (Reverb Yogi) creates an immersive soundscape of gongs, bowls, and kotamo.

Together, these healing modalities guide the body into deep stillness—supporting nervous system regulation, energetic balance, and somatic release.

Cupping is an ancient therapy that helps release tension, improve circulation, and support the body’s natural detoxification process. By creating gentle suction on the skin, it lifts and moves stagnant tissues and fluids, helping to ease pain, reduce inflammation, and promote recovery.

Healing Mantras with

Connect with the healing resonance of your own voice through humming, toning, and sacred mantra chanting. In this experiential workshop, we’ll explore the Shruti Box—a droning instrument that grounds and supports vocal expression—and weave ancient mantras like Ra Ma Da Sa and Om Mani Padme Hum into meditative soundscapes of balance and clarity. No singing experience required—only an open heart and a willingness to listen within.

Facilitated by Vinny Colandrea, sound therapy practitioner, composer, and yogi. Vinny brings his deep background in music and meditation to create immersive sonic experiences using instruments such as the kotamo and gong, guiding participants into states of harmony and expanded awareness.
