Qigong classes with Emily are now available! These sessions focus on building a steady, functional relationship with breath, posture, and movement. Through simple, repeatable practices, you will work on circulation, coordination, and overall energy flow in the body.
Emily offers both 1:1 sessions and small group classes (up to four people), allowing for individualized attention and a pace that supports learning and integration. Each session is 60 minutes and includes guided movement, breathing techniques, and foundational Qigong forms.
This work can support mobility, reduce tension, and help regulate the nervous system over time. It is accessible to all levels and does not require prior experience.
