A local yoga studio has shifted their live classes over to Zoom and are offering unlimited classes/wk for $30, or $15 per class. An idea if you are stuck at home, missing the gym, and wanting to help support a local business.

Wow, I am so touched and overwhelmed by this show of support for little Lambie. If we are able to raise $1200 it will cover the full cost of her surgery, and set her on her way for a quick healing. Thank you SO MUCH to those of you who have contributed. I can only hope to have the chance to help you as much in the future, or, that I have been helpful to you in the past.

We had such an encouraging turnout for tonight's Campfire Yoga. The stars came out, and the fire crackled as we stretched our lungs and our imaginations under the moon and a canopy of cool leaves.

Hi friends! We are loving the warmer weather and look forward to hosting more pop-up outdoor yoga classes real soon. Stay tuned!

In the meantime, check out the ultimate celebration of community in nature: MAYfest Music Art Yoga Festival right next door in Cold Spring! MAYfest is a weekend of Music, Art, Yoga for all ages. Teacher and Beacon Backyard Yoga co-founder, Claire Koepke will be at the festival all weekend, managing the Kid's Programming by day and enjoying the party by night. They offer day, night, or full weekend passes with free camping available. Children under 5 are also free!
